"Understanding Addiction" Wednesday, August 15th, 2001 at the Keene Public Library (Downstairs - in the Kay Fox Room) 6:30pm - 8pm
What is addiction? Why do addicts do the things they do? What help is available? How can I help? How is addiction treated? Are there any new treatments? What is treatment like? What is AA & NA? How do I get an addict to get help? How do I get help for me? The goal of this FREE seminar is to answer all the above questions and more. Addiction is confusing, painful and complicated - this seminar helps friends, family, teachers, doctors, bosses, community helpers, business owners, and others, sort it all out.*There will be a significant discussion period to help the participant's get their questions answered.
